About the Role:
Country Club Partners LLC is looking for a dedicated and alert Lifeguard to join our team in Voorheesville, NY! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, active environment while making a real difference in the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests.

Must be 18 years or older
Strong possibility this position will lead to full-time employment during the 2027 season

Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing water rescues and CPR
- Conduct routine safety checks of pool equipment, facilities, and water conditions
- Provide excellent customer service and assist members and guests with questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate incident and accident reports as required
- Participate in regular in-service training and drills to stay sharp on safety protocols
Requirements:
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or equivalent)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification required
- Strong swimming ability and comfort in aquatic environments
- Ability to remain attentive, focused, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Previous lifeguarding or aquatics experience preferred but not required
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
